From a statistical standpoint, simulation predict a worse outcome if short position are opened on FMG. There is more to it. I can back this up.
On a non-noisy day, it is best to trade FMG on the long side but if there was a macro world issue combine with geo-politics, then one can play short, but to achieve an alpha on the trade the time of trading plays a significant role, and it is very short-lived. I don't know if anyone chooses to make money the harder way.
