We hear reports from so many so-called experts. Each one of them believes their own agenda. What is actually fact and what's fiction.
I keep reading reports about house prices going down. In the past two months in my area here in Perth, two houses went for sale, sold within a week and $100,000 over their asking price. These prices have been verified; the homes were nothing special. One was a 2-bedroom one bathroom weatherboard, the other a 4-bedroom 2-bathroom 2 storey home. Both on small blocks of land.
Is China really opening up, how much are they going to plough into their building industry. How many are going to be made redundant at FMG, and why ?? Have the projects for which they were employed for, now been finalized. FFI- the personnel we need at the very start are now no longer required. A different skill set needed??
