Iron ore going to QDG CN which is the port of Qingdao in China (as per shipping information posted this evening).
Qingdao prices are therefore very relevant. Yesterday Fastmarkets was quoting
58% Fe fines high-grade premium, cfr Qingdao: US$93.51 per tonne
VMS' ore is 57% Fe and would sell at a further discount to the above price (possibly at US$90 per tonne)
