chuck, if you have a look at the Clough holding, it is a Singapore company so franking is irrelevant to them. The size of their holding is to big to sell on market. The company has reiterated repeatedly that they’d like to pay Dividends.
I’d say they’ll pay Dividends, hopefully big fat juicy ones.
