Red, i am in the same boat. i averaged down to cushion the extent of the loss, albeit without crazily putting to much on the line. Averaging well below cap raise.
My original intention was a long term and nothing has changed. Yes it's risky with IO price, but its seems that high grade is becoming the king of the market with spread increasing. i still like my investment
