I personally would like a share buy back, instead of a dividend. If they do not reduce the amount of shares on the market, they will be forced to do a Reconstruction of Capital (ROC), again. That would be their 4th ROC. I cannot live on the dividend, or, retire on it. If they do give out a dividend I hope it is fully franked (100%). Management need to think long and hard about the dividend versus a buyback. Just my opinion and I am sure some of you will disagree. That is what HC is all about, I guess.
