I've had a little nibble of mgx for the first time over the last couple of days. Previously I've always avoided it due to the high production costs and operational issues. However production costs should come right down for the next couple of years, and iron ore pricing is currently quite strong. Will never be a big part of the portfolio but my expected return looks good from these levels over a 1-2 year timeframe.
