So Goodheart at multiples of 5 times we should exceed $2.00per share - $1.50 to $2.00 is a reasonable valuation.
Seems the horizon we are looking at interest rate stabilising taming inflation to some extent as mentioned any interest rate reduction would bode well for the markets.
Also not only no tax but no debt and interest costs. But interest revenue instead
