Great find. Haven't subscribed to get more info, but found some historical MBIO numbers from PacificCoastMinerals

Slight difference from above numbers (this just to Qingdao, Bloomberg is av over all ports?), range from high to low is recent 181.78 peak down to 58.67 back in October 2008.

50% retrace is ~120, which takes it to Feb 2010 low, and 61.8% retrace is ~105, the Aug 09 peak.

Will get a homebrewed chart up later sometime.
