Chinese mentality is about building the future, so those empty buildings may be the case now but not in the future.
Whereas our Western leaders struggle to plan for the future and definitely don't build for the future. Our government's sole tenure is about staying in power. Deliverables is not part the equation.
Sooner we accept that China growth story is here for a bit longer the more comfortable one should be in being invested in materials.
