    THE head of one of Australia's largest steel makers has tipped that iron ore prices will jump another 15 per cent next year.

    OneSteel chief executive Geoff Plummer said yesterday the price of iron ore would rise for a fifth straight year from April 1, with Australian miners poised to begin negotiating contract prices soon.
    Iron ore prices climbed a record 71.5 per cent this year, driven by China's insatiable demand.
