Kloppers Says BHP in Good Position in Iron-Ore Talks (Update1)

Sept. 8 (Bloomberg) -- BHP Billiton Ltd. Chief Executive Officer Marius Kloppers said the company is in a good position to raise prices on sales of iron ore to Chinese steelmakers.

There is ``still good value for the customer, and that's something that we'll take into account as we ask for prices next year,'' Kloppers said today in a Bloomberg Television interview in New York.
