The company no longer has debt, and approx $1 million on hand. The company did have a successful share placement that was oversubscribed. It could raise capital again if needed. It is more likely to obtain a JV that will now sure up an accurate resource for mining purposes and once again establish production of iron ore.
ADY now owns 100% interest in SCM Vellanar Company with a greater resource of iron ore than before.
Extremely good value at 1.7 cents per share.
