I know there is lost a of face with the Chinese but really how much is that worth.
Well over USD 3.0 billion cost over runs and counting ( and that is what they are admitting to), I wonder if this includes the USD 1.0 billion foreign exchange hedging balls up?
I expect them to pull the pin on the whole project with in 12 months from now as the Citic plant will have huge production issues with an inability of producing final product 24/7.
