Essentially a similar structure and deal was struck with BFE.

Like EIO, they were raising funds for the acquisition even went as far as wanting to change the name to AICO Mining Ltd. That resolution was withdrawn because the deal was terminated.

The team essentially were the same as that on EIO. I can't believe you read that announcement so quickly. Read the whole announcement in particular towards the end about the team instead of fighting with every breath I make.

By the way it's TGP not TPG.
