There are two major shareholders in SDL

The largest shareholder is Mr. Porter. He owns around 1.7 billion shares i.e. 24.86 per cent in SDL. In addition, Porter owns 2 billion options with strike price at 0.006 by 31 August 2017. It will be interesting to know what would Porter do with the options.

The second largest shareholder is Hanlong/CDB who owns around 19.7 per cent. We are still waiting the notice of change in substantial holder from Hanlong to CDB as per the board announcement in quarterly report.

It appears that Hanlong and China Development Bank (“CDB”), which is the mortgagee of the Sundance shares held by Hanlong, are close to resolving the ownership position of Sundance shares with them being retained by CDB; and
