    what conditions were not met Nic, could it have been that BFE had to raise 7.5 MILLION for working capital and due to the GFC could not. How long do you think 2,5 million would have lasted
    I will ask the question again, WHATS WRONG WITH THE PROJECT AND THE MANAGEMENT
