as this evolves more people get involved,for example auditors who start making impact such as asset impairment.For example Rio may loose a $billion dollars a year in cash but with the swish of pen,(or click of a mouse) bamm make that $5billion in asset write downs sir, suddenly company not so big,not a top 20 stock,large investors find their investment strategy demands they exit the shock stock ,etc This has the hallmarks of a major collapse.
But it continues,they make redundancy or staff fear redundancy,they have stock via ESP,they sell said stock...avalanche not just crash....
