In todays FR an article with graphs and tables etc. states that world IO prod in 1Q 08 is 40M tons above same period in 07. Would have been higher if not for probs in Brazil.
Article says new tonnages mean that IO supply now matches world demand.
Overall, 2008 will see an extra 150 M tons come into the market.
No doubt this will affect the price negoiations currently underway.
