I don't worry, Charlie, about how VMS would handle negotiations. I don't have any doubt at all about the BoD and management. They know exactly what they are doing. You don't accumulate a bunch of unbelievable, astonishingly relevant (in today's and tomorrow's world) resources like we have without being competent.
Yes, the SP does not reflect this company's intrinsic worth. And sometimes communication with the Members and the market can be found wanting, I agree. But this is a long game. Patience and accumulation are the keys, as many other posters say.
But I have to say that the bitterness towards the BoD and management shown from time to time on this forum also does not help with the market's perception.
