Have to disagree
I've said all along AR is a great Geo and that's how he's managed to snag so much good land. He knew what he was looking at before most others did
But to date they have not shown me enough of the management skills required to take great land and make a great company.
I stand to be corrected and end up with egg on my face. But that day is not today
How did we manage to potentially give away 70% of Thor when it was CHN that came knocking. Yes we didn't have much money at the time but THEY came knocking and we owned the land. Who has the upper hand in this negotiation, I rest my case. At the very least it should have been a 50/50 divide.

And just to add, another conversation I had with one of my friends is about Kulin. We think there may be some discussions going on behind the scenes with CHN about this tenement. Let's hope we are a bit better at negotiating a deal this time around if in fact it's happening.
