Always a good place to start. Plenty of evidence where the same directors are directors of multiple directorships in spec companies where they earn more than the Australian Prime minister at each of these.
Pick the ones that are active in the company with real input that will make a difference.
I'm still of two minds with VMS. I initially thought that we had here a company that had some income possible through iron ore sales that would fund the exploitation of other minerals eg. tin. That is why I bought in initially.
A good idea with spec stocks is to never invest in a spec stock any more than you can afford to lose.
