With it being a cross trade could it have even been a transfer from one entity to another but having the same beneficial owner? Sorry legendary, I don't know too much about those types of trades.
Just having a read through the recent announcements, they all point to the first quarter of 2013 for the JORC and Scoping Study, nothing more specific than that. An update of sorts mid-Jan pinpointing something more specific might be nice considering the number of times these announcements have been pushed back already.
