You may be right, however I would have thought if it was the same beneficial owner an off market transfer would have sufficed as opposed to being transferred through the market.
As far as timing of announcements EQX are presenting at Indaba conference in early February (February 6th I believe).
You would think John would like to be presenting something of substance at Indaba. Hopefully something will come out just before then so John can beat the drum a little bit harder about EQX. Fingers crossed!
