You have to wonder if KM really want ARI steel business trading out of this though. They will be looking after their mates, the banks, so if the banks want the money back now instead of later that is what will happen. They will know how to cover their butts with regards to making sure the figures suggest that trading wasn't an option. Or am I just a cynic?
