I'm getting way ahead of myself here but if AVB are taken over and cease to exist then who do Vale have an agreement with?

Big litigation case (worth 3-4 billion) going on ATM regarding coal supply contracts from a mine in Collie W.A. that was purchased by overseas interests that no longer want to honour the contracts agreed to by the previous owner who went bankrupt i.e. they don't want to honour contracts that they didn't agree to or sign. It's going to cost millions in legal fees and stymie operations and there is no guarantee for either party. Here we are talking a 10-40 mill deal but how much is the resource itself worth?
