yes Glen, wouldn't put it past the Chinese to be engineering the situation...on some level wouldn't blame them.
Always think it is curious when for example, the Chinese are bemoaning the soft prices in the market yet stockpiling copper like nobodies business. I also agree that production may be required to really get us moving...and by that I mean 40 to 50c as a first target. A 10,000+ tonne producing mine with another bigger mine in the wings will get a bit more respect I think.
Rex: even Europe should be able to get it's act together some time in the next 3 months to support that last quarter...hopefully!
