The FIRB will not allow Ansteel to own any more of GBG than they presently do.
Ansteel can block anyone else taking over GBG
Even if Ansteel did not block a takeover all that party gets is a 50% stake in Karara.
For better or worse I strongly doubt ANYONE will take GBG over.
