assie ore can knock off chinese ore but not if china ore is subsidised.
imo they are subsidising so they dont get wacked by imported ore until they kick off more stimulus.
they wont let their ore and steel industry get crippled under any circimstance and also they will try to drive down imported ore prices with any dirty trick at their disposal.
interesting times ahead.
