    I'm not sure if the mining lease having been granted on Feb 1st has previously been mentioned, I would need to go back an read each announcement to be sure.

    It has definitely been mentioned as "pending" in previous announcements.

    Anyone would think management are doing their best to keep a lid on the share price prior to the GM.
