Good point praia - I hadn't thought of that! But you're right if the price of Fe is still strong enough in 10 years to justify FMG developing N then I'd suggest they will be prepared to pay for the residue of the tenement from IOH. A potential $50m residue value probably adds another $20m to the NPV of the project.
