tcf why don't you just help all of us uninformed, misleading and ramping forum members by telling us exactly how this port agreement will be set up and managed.

This will make it much easier for us to hail you as the messiah when your clearly superior intellect and knowledge is proven to be true when the actual announcements unfold.

I'm struggling to see anything in your posts beyond attempts to tell others they are wrong, ignorant, ramping and misleading.

So far the only points you have made is that the port authority is involved (thanks but I understood that when the MOU was announced) and that the port might take a while to develop (which nobody is denying as there is no such thing as an overnight port development).

So, other than slagging off the other forum members... What is your point exactly?
