I have not "advised" anything and in fact if you go back through each post I have made on these matters you will note that I have used language such as "thinking out loud" and "it's possible" to preface everything being discussed.

The MOU is confidential so nobody can provide advice on these things and I've stated that several times on this very thread.

Obviously you are here to engage I a pissing contest rather than simply discuss things in an open manner and I think any impartial observer of this thread could easily see that in the language you have used towards several respected (and respectful) forum members.
