I don't hold IOH but I do MIN, they are builders i.e roads, loading docks in ports, pipelines and I think although I'm not entirely sure railway tracks as well and a few more things so they would have done their due diligence on this project.
Who knows IOH holders you might in a year or two get what I get from MIN and that is two decent dividends a year.
Lets hope everything works out well.
