agreed lojsan, the upfront seems a bit light and I hope they start moving things along a bit more rapidly... and they get BNC 210 plus other CNS compounds, so don't know how much is tied specifically to BNC 210 although 345M is a fair swag of cash - but looks to be some time away.
Other than BNC 105 - has Ironwood also tied up the Alzheimers "Alpha 7" candidate? I hope BNO can at least keep moving forward with this independently.
The royalty figures are also very relevant. I also hold QRX and they have 10-30% with 50% on anything over 150M - and this is just US not worldwide. I would suspect BNO have nothing like this as they are ph 1 whilst MoxDuo is ph 3, so not a fair comparison really...
Will be watching Ironwood's SP reaction on the NASDAQ as well.
