DRAIG EXPANDS COAL EXPLORATION TARGET ON OVORHANGAY LICENCES
Highlights
• Exploration target on Ovorhangay licences increased to 30-160 mt
1
• Follows establishment of exploration target on Nariin Teeg licence of 5-60 mt
1
• Nariin Teeg licence is contiguous with Teeg licence, where 75 mt JORC resource is established
• Further evidence Nariin Teeg contains same coal deposit as Teeg licence
Mongolian coal explorer Draig Resources Ltd (ASX: DRG) (“Draig” or “the Company”) is pleased to
announce it has increased the overall exploration target on its Ovorhangay licences to 30-160 million
tonnes (mt)
1
, after establishing an exploration target on its Nariin Teeg licence.
Re-interpretation of a geophysics program on Nariin Teeg, based on re-calibration of recent drilling
has determined an exploration target of between 5-60 mt
1
, and adds to the JORC inferred resource of
75 mt, and 25-100 mt
1
exploration target completed on the neighbouring Teeg licence in July 2012.
Draig holds four coal licences in the Ovorhangay province (central Mongolia) and four coal licences in
the South Gobi province (southern Mongolia). The Ovorhangay licences named Teeg, Nariin Teeg,
Khongor, Ergen Usny Khudag-2 all lie within the Ongi River Basin, approximately 500 kilometres south
west of Mongolia’s capital Ulaanbaatar (Figure 1).
Draig undertook a geophysics program on Nariin Teeg in January 2012 as part of its initial exploration
program over its Ovorhangay licences. While some interpretation was carried out at the time, Draig
narrowed its focus to the Teeg licence to complete a JORC compliant resource.

All references to Exploration Targets in this document are in accordance with the guidelines of the JORC Code (2004). As such it is conceptual in nature
and there has been insufficient exploration drilling to define a coal resource on the licence, it is uncertain if further exploration will result in discovery of
a coal resource on the licence. Coal quality ranges for the Teeg Licence are as follows (on an air dried basis): Moisture 1.8% - 3.4%; Raw Ash 4.3% - 37.5%;
Volatile Matter 22.5% - 45.8%; Fixed Carbon 38.4% - 53.2%; Total Sulphur 0.54% - 2.8%; Calorific Value 5,904 - 7,114 kcal/kg (adb).Subsequent geological modelling and further interpretation of Nariin Teeg’s geophysics by
