Vic nice to hear from you again. The announcement today was so bland and vanilla that it is impossible to insider trade from that information as there really wasn't any. the share price rise I think was due to it being too low to start with and the announcement of the new substantial shareholder and that shareholder buying its stake.
It is too easy and too lazy to say as you did.
Anyway whatever the reason I do hope that Andrew Harrison gets on with it and puts some value back into this crippled stock.
I was wrong about Mark Early's capacities I think that he was a substantially to blame for the devastation of shareholder value and I have suffered along with the rest except for the lucky and smart who bought at current prices.
