Well it was a combination of three things that lead to this point. The delay in access, the market sentiment and the Chimaera sell-off.

The Chimaera sell-off has ended as per last announcement. The market sentiment is improving, spec stocks still to see a recovery IMO. The access is due around mid-August according to IK's timeframe.

As you can see this is the perfect time to buy with very little downside. I wish I did a little less topping up over 20c on the options and saved that money for now.
