hmmm... just in case you have not read any of my posts talking about the imminent property crash you may not be able to tell that I was just having a bit of fun in that last post.

Anyone who has made 50, 80 150% gains - take it and get out. you will be happy.
if you like property as an investment get back in later.
If you think it could last another 6 months or a year, buy LPTs but have a tight stop.
If you think it will plateau and then continue, read The Economist, or get an economics degree.
