The Canadian are a pretty clued on bunch. They're onto it nice and early and they can say things like that without being ridiculed. If anyone dared to tell someone here that they werent necesarily wealthy just because their house had appreciated 100% they would be mocked. how can you say I'm not wealthy when my house is worth a fortune.

I'm surprised that people here still haven't learnt the difference between paper profits and real profits. They'lll get another lesson when they try to convert their paper profits and find there isnt a greater fool to be found.
