Just read this thread...
It seems everyone (well almost everone) is suggesting that property prices are about to fall.
Based on that alone, you would have to think that now was a good time to buy property.
Not that I am suggesting that now is a good time to buy property, mind you. I'm simply making the point that when every one is screaming "sell", it is usually time to buy.
