Hi folks,

This is a timely thread, since astrologically, we have
Saturn entering the sign of Cancer tomorrow and it will
not leave there, until mid-July 2005.

Cancer is the sign that relates to everything about
our homes and Saturn will put a damper on everything
to do with that sector, including house prices .....

So FWIW, for the next couple of years, prices are likely
to be flat-to-down in the housing market.
