While the US intervention has landed them in some problems which we could probably name as Nicaragua, Vietnam and the ill-fated Somalia - these are the ones that critics like to point to.
However, had the US not intervened in these, modern history would read very differently. Not for one minute am I saying that they did alone but their intervention was crucial.
