Hope you all had a happy and safe Easter. Think the fund raising via debenture is great news. I was always a little concerned about the lack of working capital. Now they will be able properly fund the new factories expanded production. (raw materials labour etc)
It will greatly assist in opening up new markets with properly funded marketing programs.
Not too worried about the possibility of paying for this funding with shares despite the fact it might cause slight dilution. Think about it would any financier accept such terms unless they could only see upside in the future share price.
