An element of risk, yes. There is an element of risk in just holding any shares in these troubled financial times. It becomes a calculated risk. With LYC it is necessary to keep going back to basics. The basics are:
1. Is the company fully funded. (In times like these it is the companies that are looking to borrow that are in trouble)
Answer; Yes.
2. Is the company a leader in its field.
Answer; Yes.
3. Do I believe that the company is capable of fullfilling its goals.
Answer. I believe it is.
4. Is the present share price good value.
Answer. Without doubt.
The balance of the fundamentals add credibility to the above.
So the risk becomes responsibly acceptable. DYOR.
