At TER's current paltry 26c per share price a 15% superior offer would only need to be 29.5c per UNV share.
Looks more and more likely by the day really. UNV holders would have to be bonkers to do anything but wait this out at this stage.
If TER want to then argue the toss about whether their own offer really equates to the 33.5c con-job that they've tried on then it will be interesting as to what the courts have to say about their conduct.
Alternatively Wal could just actually offer 33.5c in cash and he might be a reasonable chance. Of course TER don't have the funds for that now do they. I'm sure a few months worth of legal fees wont help either.
At this stage I reckon they are close to zero chance of getting the 75% they need to de-list any time soon regardless of the shenanigans and the constant push from TER holders on this forum who are desperate to be influencers.
