Yawn. We know the cap raise is coming. The company flagged it as opposed to another company in the same space which backed doored its loyal shareholders with something like a surprise 20 cent raise with options after assuring shareholders only a month before they didn't need to raise cash.
The sad thing there was those loyal shareholders had bought loyalty options at 35 cents before that.
Come to think of it that company may have been the only company (other than here) you post about.
