Any thoughts on this “modest cap raise” given the first real bid in the screen is at 2.5 cents almost half the last trade price of 4.9?
Given that CVL is apparently all over it why wouldn’t they sit in the screen to support the company and defend their own position?
A modest raise of $2m at 2 cents is 100m shares. The dilution meter goes nuclear down at these levels.
