It should be simple for the major posters on this thread to address fundamental questions about the companies IP position, and strategy. But no answers are forthcoming despite all the rhetoric and supposedly high quality posts from these individuals.

Cannvalate are in a very different position than the other major shareholders as they are exporting more cash than importing. Every time they do this their shareholding becomes less relevant. Perhaps this is actually the strategy. I’m just speculating as I don’t actually know the answer. However, there's a couple of significant shareholders, such as 10 Bolivianos and Pyxsis who are potentially in a very difficult position.
