I speculate it will be a small placement peddled by Peaked Asset (Niv Dagan), who I recently discovered is the second largest shareholder after Cannvalate and allegedly soul mates with Sud Agarwal. Or as Sapporo describes him, the “messiah”.
IRX needs urgent capital to keep the lights on and to ensure there is adequate funds to pay the Ingenu/Cannvalate invoices. Sapporo has been conspicuous quiet, perhaps busy working on the term sheet in between Teams calls to the bunker in Malaysia.
